The word “Galauwti” means, literally to melt in mouth. This is another exotic kababs from the cuisine of Lucknow..
The story behind these kababs is, they were specifically created for the aging Nawab Wajid Ali Shah of Lucknow as his teeth were week enough to have meat. But he liked meat so much, so his cook created these kababs, which can melt in his mouth without an effort.And his love for meat continued.

Cooking time : 10 minutes
Ingredients
- Mutton minced: 500 grams
- Raw papaya paste : 2 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste : 2 tbsp
- Chilly powder : 2 tbsp
- Garam masala : 2 tbsp
- Dhaniya powder : 1 tbsp
- Onions paste : 3 tbsp
- Zeera powder : 1 tbsp
- Salt as required
- Chilly paste : 1 tbsp
- Lemon
Method

Marinate the Mutton with all ingredients. Garam masala, ginger garlic paste, chilly paste, onion paste and all dry ones.

Mix and knead well to form a dough. Cover it with cling wrap and refrigerate it for 3 hours max.

After refrigerating it. Shape the meat mixture into round patties or whatever shape you desireto make.

Heat oil in a pan and de fry the kababs.

When done. Serve got with lemon Wedges nd green coriander chutbey
